FitThe Jacob’s Ladder is a weird machine that will make your legs BURN within a few minutes. You can use your hands to climb or just your feet, but I am not well coordinated and only use my feet to climb.
Keeping your core engaged while climbing, and going slow is OKAY!

- 2.30 mins on the treadmill, walking incline.
