Chicken Burrito Bowls

Yesterday I meal prepped to save time this week, and also to be prepared and to know what I have to eat. I made chicken burrito bowls for my dinners… SOO GOOD!

Adjust to your macros and dietary goals!

1 serving Brown Rice

4 0z. Chicken Breast

1/2 serving Frozen Corn

Diced Tomatoes

Shredded Lettuce

Salsa (I did 2 servings)

Cook everything, put in refrigerator when it’s all cold, and microwave and mix everything up for dinner the next day. So fast to prep, and so healthy to enjoy!
