I love running. Wait.. this statement differs from the title. You’re right. I like to run when I want to run. Today I got on the elliptical because my knees feel blown out and guess what.. I didn’t feel like doing it. Long story short, I completed 4 minutes and 14 seconds on the elliptical and I didn’t even feel like a failure. I completed chest and abs before that, and after the cardio fail I did some yoga and rock climbed. I hate seeing people be a slave to the treadmill when there are so many other ways to lose weight or get your heart rate up. I’m eating healthy, lifting, doing yoga, getting 8 hours of sleep every night, and loving myself. It’s been a journey, and some days are harder than others… but I’m making myself be the best I can!
